Extended Description

The battery backup for a barrier arm allows it to open and close a few times in the event of a power outage. This kit is small and conveniently fits inside the control cabinet of any Roger Bionik Barrier Arm.

Note: The control board and all of the other accessory devices that are wired to it are continuously drawing a very small amount of power from the batteries when there is no external power. This means that in a prolonged outage the battery may be drained without the gate being operated.
