Description

The RGB LED strip fitted to Roger Bionik's Barrier Arm serves as an integral part of the traffic light system, enhancing visibility and signalling functions through its dynamic lighting capabilities. Here's how it could be integrated and its benefits:

Color Coding:
- Red: Signals to stop or wait, which could be used when the barrier is down or approaching a stop.
- Green: Indicates go or proceed, possibly when the barrier is up or in safe conditions.
- Blue: While not standard in traffic lights, blue could be used for special conditions or as part of an emergency response, indicating a different type of alert or operational mode.
Dynamic Lighting: Beyond just static colors, the RGB LEDs feature other attention grabbing colours.

Extended Description

The Multi-coloured LED is a led lighting strip that can be fitted to any Roger Bionik Barrier Arm to make the beam flash different colours when opening or closing. Configuring the RGB LED with the B73-LTM allows the barrier arm to flash or light up green and red during opening and closing. An essential addition to high-traffic and public installations where a bright visual representation of the barrier arm is required. In standby, the barrier arm can flash a range of different colours.

The strip is threaded inside the beam and connects back to the control board via a small hole in the Bionik connection arm. It comes in three sizes and can be cut to length.

NOTE - The RGB LED must be installed with the B73-LTM control module for correct operation. Only compatible with CTRL boards with V4.30 and newer.
