TonkaTrak Cantilever Track

TonkaTrak is all about engineered extrusions and precision hardware that can be seamlessly integrated creating easy-to-install gates.

Popular profiles like louvre, slat and tongue and groove can be used in a way that allows the frame to simply flow around the infill to achieve what could only be described as minimalist deigns. Get us to custom fabricate one for you in our Auckland workshop or we can supply the components for you to build into your own designs.

Tonkatrak is a lightweight aluminium cantilever system. The gate is made like a standard sliding gate and simply stitch-welded into the monorail track. It has amazing benefits compared to a regular sliding gate and none of the drawbacks of a steel cantilever. Download the technical guide here.

Each Tonka hardware kit is supplied with joining pins for joining 2 lengths of monorail for longer gates.
